We try to use KISSBOX DMX1TR - DMX-512 Transceiver with TD, but with no results. Any advice please ? how we can make it work together ? It’s burning problem so any words/directions will help

What is the exact issue and what have you tried?
We have the problem that TD does not see the device on the network. Art-Net DAT shows nothing.
Sending information DMX on a fixed IP address and port also not working.
In general, we want to control several lights and smoke machine.
