DMXOUT, Pixlite4 Troubleshooting

Hi, I have a new windows device and want to control a 150px LED Stripe with a pixlite4.
I can ping the pixlite with my windows commandline and the advatek assistant can run it’s test pattern aswell.

I put set the Nework Address to 255.255.255.255, because it is recommended in the DMXOUTCHOP documentation. I also tried 255.255.255.0 , because it is the Subnet Mask shown in the Advatek Assistant. But it did not make a difference.

Can you have a look at my project and help me find a solution pls?
PS: The example file has the DMXOUTCHOP set Active:OFF. When set to ON, it does not output aswell.

Hi,

In the screenshot it looks like the “Local Address” field has the same IP as your controller (which ought to be a separate device from your computer). The Local Address is the IP address bound to the adapter that you want to send data out of, so it should be a different IP on the same subnet (ie: 192.168.0.2). Really you should populate this field by clicking on the black triangle next to the field and picking the proper address (which is set using the operating system). The IP 192.168.0.2 is shown in ‘Select Adapter’ in the configuration app, so that’s likely the correct Local Address.
