Hi, I’m trying to use a miniDV camcorder (using firewire to thunderbolt 3) as video device in but it’s not listed. It shows up and streams video fine in photobooth though. My goal is to use it in an Audioreactive performance.
What I’ve tried:
- made sure that TD is the only program running
- NDI and virtual camera via OBS (latency is an annoying issue)
Can it be that TD simply doesn’t support Firewire devices?
