I was curious if there was a means of downloading the wiki or having it available for offline viewing. I saw a forum post from a few years back wherein it stated not yet, and was just curious if this functionality had been implemented at all.
It does exist actually, you can access it at: C:/Program Files/Derivative/TouchDesigner/Samples/Learn/offlineHelp/https.docs.derivative.ca/Main_Page.htm
or by using the menu “Help/Offline Help”.
By the way, when clicking this menu, the local file link is actually opening in my browser but it is considered as a google research. I guess it could be fixed by adding the “file://” prefix to the local file link when TD asks Windows to open it.
Hello, Offline Help doesn’t work in TouchDesigner 2023.12000 on MacOS. /Applications/TouchDesigner.app/Contents/Resources/tfs/Samples/Learn/OfflineHelp folder is empty.
Any suggestion on where to find it ? Thanks!
I’m using the latest build for mac silicon and the offline help folder is empty, i wonder if you could also have a link on your website to be able to download it. your wiki is down rn too
