Hi guys, while the same question was asked before, it was some 14 year and and I have the same issue.
In the performance monitor, I can see that “Draw All TouchDesigner Windows” takes 5ms to execute and makes the project jittery. What is that, and how do I fix it?

This entry is the amount of CPU time it takes TouchDesigner to draw the UI (panels and networks, not geometry etc.). It may get very long if the GPU is overworked.
Check out the article on optimizing to get some ideas on how to bring overall cook time down.

I did manage to reduce lag substantially. I have three Movifilein playing random clips at the same time while changing size, color, and position.
Can you direct me to the best practices using that TOP?

When reposting this question, please give some more details:
- resolution and codecs of the movies
- how are the movies selected and played
- anything else happening in your project (you could also post your project file - this can help finding solutions greatly)
- what performance do you experience (cooktimes etc)
- your hardware setup
- the TouchDesigner build you are using
