Environmental light reflected upside down?

I just made a project with a sphere that is inside a bigger sphere with the environmental light.
Now I made the little sphere metallic with the pbr material.
It reflects the environment, but upside down.
Is that desired behavior or am I doing something wrong?
I use 2650 on win10 with an nvidia 3070.
And I included a tox for you all to check.
Please advise.

You probably want to change the skybox (big sphere) to a Constant MAT and use a Texture SOP with this setting:
