Error when importing ply files

bulids: 2023.11880
there is error sign when I open the PLY file from 3d sanner app.
I also checked if I have unicode but I think I don’t have it.

thank you for the report. We don’t have any other reports of issues with .ply files, would you be able to share an example of a file that produces the error and could you middle mouse click onto the error symbol and share the exact error message?
