hello! I got a problem when I try to open the programm. I have windows 11, Nvidia GeForce gtx 1650 (4GB), AMD Radeon™ Vega 8 Grapgics (2 GB)
tried to update my drivers and disengage antivirus but it didn’t help.
hey, I cant tell much from the video. Is the application just never starting?
Does the windows event viewer show any logs under the ‘application’ section that shows a crash?
yes, I just can’t open the programm. no messages about crash shows.
Perhaps see this thread which has fixes for similar hardware as your laptop
