Experimental 2023 causes more cpu load?

Hi,
is it just me or latest experimental build 2023.11170 makes your cpu more busy? When I launch blank scene in latest 2022 build, I get about 3% cpu load. When I do the same with 2023.11170, cpu load is at about 18%. (Windows 11)
