I want to ask if there is a way to export image sequence or a movie with transparent background? I plan to connect several exports on top of each other. And this would come handy.
Hi @DAKE, welcome to the forum.
You certainly can. All you need to do is choose a image/movie format in the Movie File Out TOP which supports an alpha channel (transparency).
For example all currently supported image formats except JPG support alpha channel, so make sure not to save as JPG file. (you can find this info on the help page for the Movie File Out https://docs.derivative.ca/index.php?title=Movie_File_Out_TOP, under image formats).
From the top of my head the movie formats in TD which support alpha channel are Animation, GoPro-Cineform, HAP, HAPQ and NotchLC (Make sure you set movie pixel format to RGBA)
