Exports from custom parameters are affecting sample rates in build 26630

Hello,

I’ve found that there’s some kind of shenanigans happening when exporting from custom parameters to high sample-rate CHOPs inside a base in the new 26630 build on a windows 10 PC.

I haven’t tested thoroughly for this is a simple example that should show-off the bug:

Hi Owen, we discovered the cause of the problem. In my testing your file not plays back smoothly, be try this build for yourself and let us know if you have any issues

Note, in the currently posted build 2020.26630, you can workaround this problem by turning off the base1 component’s viewer, the viewer is introducing a double cook here.
