Extension function not found until I rename it, and rename it back again

TD 31550, Windows 11.

Specific function called Nudge wasn’t found in my extension. Other functions worked. I renamed the function to TESTER. Works fine. Rename it back to Nudge, works fine.

It wasn’t tied to saving the ext. file because I did that before and it didn’t fix the issue. Not sure how to troubleshoot this better; obviously it’s hard to replicate because usually when creating a function, it’s callable right away!

thanks for reporting this. If you can somehow create a reproducible example we can have a look at this. Perhaps others can add here as well with details if they have experienced something similar.
