Feedback loop trigger of hold

hi
I’m having an bouncy png (over TOP using a pattern CHOP - into a timeslice as translation data)
I feed this OVER TOP in a feedback loop but the result I have is a trail of every fps generated. I would like to have only a few of those frames ( I could trigger this with a noise + a logic TOP)

how can I achieve this ?

Hi @Fou_hasard,

not sure I understand your request. Could you illustrate with an example or illustration that explains this?

cheers
Markus

here we see what I call a trail of every fps generated

I would like to have empty space in between every something frame

something like this but this is achieve by having a movement too fast to be rec as the first one.

so i want my a final comp where I have ‘‘pictures taken and added up in the comp’’
maybe feedback loop is not what I’m looking for ?

in an top setting I would probably use a pulse to push data out of my stream of continued ‘‘movement’’ and then add up al of those data in a ‘‘comp’’ kind of way but in top I dont know how to push out a single frame out of a live event??

probably the solution is what I use as ‘‘tagert top’’ in my feedbak top ?
