To my knowledge, you cannot use pip inside TouchDesigner. You can use pip inside your terminal or your command window to install library in your system installation. After that you can say to your TD python to search in the system python path for library (in TD preferences).

it is somewhat possible and I tried my best to make it as seemless as possible with TD-PIP OLIB - TD PIP
pip just write down in cmd file, not run it in TD
