FIXED: 088 61910: Animation pane crash

Windows 10 system, Geforce gtx1060 graphic card.
Reproduce steps:

  1. Create new project
  2. Create animation COMP
  3. Press “Edit Animation” in menu
  4. In animation pane open Pane menu (right top arrow) and choose floating copy.
  5. In new floating animation edit window choose “Dublicate pane” in same menu.
  6. Touch designer is not responding. Crash autosafe is not created also.

Also if choose “dublicate pane” not from floating copy (miss step 4) a bugged version of floating copy will be created with black strips in top and bottom of the window.

I did not found a way to create two animation edit windows, is that a bug too?

Thanks for the report. There is no way to have 2 different Animation Editor windows open at the same time right now, there is only 1 editor dialog.

As for the crash, we have found it and fixed the bug in 099. Unfortunately the fix is too risky to put in 088 Official as it touches a lot of layout/windowing code. Sorry for the inconvenience in 088.
