FIXED: [2020.22080 - Win10 x64] Blur TOP type par causes crash when set to negative int value

Touch freezes up when the Blur TOP’s type parameter is set to an int < 0.

(I like scrolling through menu lists via middle click / ints, instead of click-click, click-click, click-clicking them to compare. Would be nice if the values simply reset to their respective bounds.)
