FIXED: [2021.x] Active Instance Parameter disables line mat

When using a Line-MAT for an instanced line, setting the active-arguments in the instancing-page to anything (even though its valid otherwise), completly disabled the LineMATERIAL and it no longer gets rendered.

I’m not able to reproduce this in the 2022.20000 series, so I think it’s been fixed.
