FIXED: [2022.24200 Win10] 16-bit TIFF files import with Red/Blue channels swapped

Noticing in build 2022.24200 that 16 bit .tif image files are importing with their red and blue channels swapped.

This doesn’t seem to be the case with 8-bit tif files.
