FIXED: 2022.25370 - TOP Movie File In: Crashing when changing NotchLC encoded movie

Hi people,
there is a constant crash when changing notch encoded movies. Tested on two different systems with several notch clips. I found a workaround by unloading by python. But changing files via the parameters results in an instant crash every time.
