FIXED: [2022.25370, Win11] Palette scrolling too extreme

Hi there,

This bug was present in the previous 2022 official build as well, but not in 2021.
Basically when scrolling the Palette in one scroll increment it jumps from the beginning to the end of the list immediately.
This only happens when I’m using my mouse (Logitech G502) and not when using my laptop touchpad.

Makes it very annoying to use the Palette in 2022 builds :frowning: hoping for a quick fix, cheers!

We’ve made a small update that’ll hopefully make scrolling the palette slightly better. Will be in the next release. Thanks for the report.
