FIXED: 2022: Annotate COMP Title > title bar right click menu doesn't close if not interacted with

This lil fella is staying open if I right click on the title bar of an annotate box, and don’t interact with it, no matter where I click outside of it.

I notice that main window also loses focus when I right click on annotation box title, perhaps that’s related.

Found another one that doesn’t close unless interacted with in the search replace dialog:
