2023.11340 Mac M1 Sonoma 14.3.
‘inside’ panel value with overlapping viewers examle:

Once it happens with 2x viewers - it also starts randomly happen with single viewer. And more often while using non apple mouse:

Hi @letsius,
The fix was not added to the public Official builds as it requires more verification before a release. We do have fix on internal builds but fixes with certain risk factors sometimes require more time before merging into Official.
