I noticed the new splash page is not closable when you enable the touchtips. The little x on the top right doesn’t seem to work. You can click it to the background, but the windows keep existing in windows.

I’m on windows 11. Made a screen capture to demonstrate what I mean. Not a really big issue, but just noticed it so thought to mention it

macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 – M3 Max
Just out of curiosity, I also tested it on the previous Alpha 5.4 v.32139 and encountered the same issue.

This is fixed in builds 2023.32380 and later.
As a workaround, turn off tips, or do not leave the cursor over the splash screen on launch with tips on.
(The goal was not to close the splash screen until a user moused off an exposed Tip).

The x to close was broken.
The other way to exit tips is to move cursor outside the box.
