FIXED: [26750 PRO] Perform doesn't respect window borders

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Using a Pro license, start a new project
  2. Add Project Privacy / password
  3. Make sure there is a TOP cooking and displaying in the perform window
  4. On the /perform window, turn off the Borders par
  5. Press F1 to enter perform mode
  6. Press Shift-Esc *Notice, window borders have suddenly re-appeared.
  7. Enter the Project Privacy Password
  8. Press F1 to enter perform mode again, Notice, window borders are still visible when they should not be.
  9. Toggling the perform window’s border par does not work around this.
  10. Until you close and restart the TouchDesigner process completely, the window borders will continue to be visible and not respect the borders parameter.
