FIXED: Aspect ratio corrected blur

Hello,

Here is a modest one :
It’s pretty rare that I work with square images, and I keep manually changing the x/y sample step on the blur TOP myself all the time to have a nice blur.

See attached screenshot.

Maybe I’m missing something obvious, but if I’m not, a “aspect correct sample step” checkbox or something like that would be awesome. Sample step would then be multiplied on top, to allow for more blur in X or Y.

Also, I just realized that the normal TOP operates in this manner already (sample step takes into account the aspect ratio), so it seems it would make sense.
