FIXED: bring back the constant size tile names

I really have a hard time working when tile names are tied to the zoom level of the pane. in td68 they were a constant size, which was very nice.
Right now I find myself zooming in and out to go from a network view to a closer view to see which tile name I’m looking at, it’s driving me nuts.

the next build will have a help tag so that when you hover over an unactivated node, it will give you its name.
if the node is activated, hover over the draggable area of the node to get its name.

we may make more changes to the name field in the future, but I hope this solution will work for you
for now.

this won’t do it because if I’m looking at a network with 60 nodes, and I want to select one of them, even with your proposed change I’ll have to either:
1 - hover every one or click some help tag until I find the right one (no can do!)
2 - zoom in again until I can read the names and navigate that way until I find the right one.

navigation is probably about 30-40% of the workflow at times, and it needs to be done right.
