FIXED: Bug on 2023.11290

I have a Mac Pro M1 2020 with a system version of 11.7.10.

I downloaded the silicon option, I installed the app, when I try to open the application an error pops up:

Hey, we’ve faced very similar problem in our open source project, while i was searching in internet google lead me go this topic of yours. Is there any chance you can share with me how did you overcome this problem? We’re building binaries with XCode 14.3 on macOS 13.3.1 Ventura, and our user experiencing same issue that described above, on macOS 11.7.10
Any input would be appreciated
