FIXED:Color selection dialog cannot be downsized

To reproduce:

  1. Open a color selection dialog by clicking on a color parameter color preview rectangle.
  2. Resize the color dialog so that it’s wider/taller/both
  3. CLOSE that dialog
  4. REOPEN that dialog, and try to shrink it. It won’t allow shrinking down

I can confirm there is a bug.

I will add it to our issue tracker for a developer to look into it.

This will be fixed in 2022.35327+
