FIXED:Disable panel parameter expansion?

I’m using a Parameter COMP to build a UI where I need to expose lots of custom parameters. This is much easier than building the whole thing from scratch with buttons and dropdown menus, etc. But I don’t like that users can accidentally expand each parameter with the + button and mess something up. Is there a way to disable that + button?

This feature is available on the Parameter COMP in the experimental branch.

So not here quite yet if you are in latest stable, but it’s coming… :slight_smile:

In the meantime, you could give a try to AutoUI, in the Palette → UI → Basic Widgets → Tools

Thanks! I found it. But unfortunately even with this enabled, it’s possible to make a read-only parameter editable by right-clicking it. If you do this on an expression-based parameter, then it still expands to show the expression.
