FIXED: file names with apostrophes not working in 10780

relative filenames with apostrophes in parameters don’t work. Movie in and Audio File in have this problem. I suspect it’s universal.

Some interesting things I discovered when testing this:
choosing a file with the + browser in the parameter seems to allow these files to work.
giving a full path rather than a relative seems to allow them to work.

Not directly, but when you launch TouchDesigner, the upper right button notifies you of available updates.
