FIXED:Laser CHOP to Helios CHOP bug

If you lay down a laser CHOP and then lay down a Helios CHOP attached TouchDesigner sometimes crashes. DMP file attached.

Dunno if it does it with etherdream or AVB device too.

I think it might be when theres no Helios device selected

This crash is happening in the Helios DAC CHOP, and it is indeed because no device is selected.

This will be fixed in the next official build, 2019.16910+. Thanks for the report.
