FIXED: Panel.rollu and panel.rollv reset when passing over another panel

Hi,
In touch 2020.20140 panel.rollu and panel.rollv where holding their value when doing a click and drag even when the mouse was passing over another panel.
TouchDesigner 2019.20140.zip (3.3 MB)

But that’s not the case anymore in 2020.24520
TouchDesigner 2020.24520.zip (3.2 MB)

It’s problematic if you want to make a marquee selection tool.

just to add to @colasf post: we have this problem on several development machines running 2020.24520. A fix would be great!
