FIXED: Remove Tags Crash TD

Hi,

TD 2020.20625
In component editor dialog, removing a tag crash TD and tag is not removed.
I succeded doing it in python with an empty list.

Can replicate. It happens when you remove the last tag on a component. Will be fixed in next build.
