FIXED: Sequence parameter binding

When replicating a UI element that binds to a sequence TD will hang when following this steps:

  1. Open attached project
  2. Add on or more blocks to the test sequence inside the project comp
  3. Delete one or more block.
  4. Add a new block. TD Freezes

This only works when adding a block that has been previously been used.

Simple but effective example attached.
