FIXED:Sprinkle SOP bypass

I noticed an unexpected result when sending a simple SOP (ie grid) into a sprinkle SOP, then bypassing the SOP. Upon turning the bypass off, the sprinkled points do not return. I tried this in operator snippets as well. Clicking and unclicking bypass on sprinkle SOPs breaks them. Also, when adding any further sprinkleSOPs to the project, they no longer function.

Tested on 2 machines, Windows10 x64bit, commercial&non-commercial builds: both at 2022:25370 release.

Replicate the error by: Empty project> add gridSOP> add sprinkleSOP> connect gridSOP output to first input of sprinkleSOP> click and unclick bypass flag on sprinkleSOP > BREAKS > delete sprinkleSOP > add new sprinkleSOP > connect gridSOP (as per previous)> BREAKS
