Tile X has switched roles with Tile Y and vice versa.
Wow, amazing that’s gone unnoticed for so long. This is now fixed. The parameters have been renamed to Repeat X and Repeat Y, and old files (including exports etc) will be using the new correct pameters (old Tile X will be in Repeat Y, for example)
