Hello,
I have a timer in serial segment mode and I’m having trouble using the goTo method when I have cyclelimit set to multiple values. I’m able to goTo properly between unlimited segments but I’m only able to enter the first cycle limited segment. The timecode appears to behave erratically during this bug. Please see example.

Hi Alec, I can see goto:4 and goto:6 not working, though the rest seem to work for me. If you can give specific instructions for reproducing what you are seeing that would help and in the meantime we’ll look into what I am seeing.
Hi Ben, I appreciate the quick response!
Please click down the list of buttons, goTo:0,1,2 all work as expected. The rest don’t enter their respective segments, the timer is just stuck in segment 2. This is shown in the timer segment output and the name field in the info dat.
Could you confirm pressing goTo:3 and goTo:5 are working as expected? Because that is not the behavior I’m experiencing.
Hi again, try this example which is much clearer. I’d like to use the timer2 version, but it doesn’t work as expected. Pressing goTo:6 activates segment2 in timer2.

Thanks, we’ll have a look shortly.
This will be fixed in the next official release update. (2023.12140+)
Thanks for posting.
Thanks Rob! Really appreciate the resolution.
Would you be able to provide an ETA on a new official build? I’m actively developing and would love to not create a workaround if possible. So far I’ve just turned off cycle limits which presents some limitations.
We just recently released an update, but if you contact support we can assist there.
Cheers.
