FIXED: Video Devices DAT no longer showing Blackmagic SDI cards

Blackmagic 12G SDI cards show up in 2023 but not in 2025.31310

Interestingly, they do appear in the devices parameter for videodeviceout_TOP so I can still access the cards input and output, just the DAT is broken.
