FIXED:Win11 2022.24200 Node connection between two externalized components doesn't persist

You can reproduce it like this:

  1. Open attached project
  2. Connect two baseCOMP’s
  3. Save project toe
  4. (optionally) Save both tox files
  5. Close and reopen the project
    The connection is gone.
