Geometry Instance orientation

Hello friends.

I have mapped 6 instances of a sprite to a circle SOP, however I’m having trouble orienting them radially around the center of the circle.

Is there a way to orient the instanced geometry in different ways rather than all rotating and transforming similarly? The object isn’t so much to control each instance separately (although if there is a way I’d be curious to know as well – any ways to link geometry to other geometry) but to arrange them radially. Is this where the “Look At” box on XForm would come in handy?
