Ghost shader / texture

I’m trying to make a shader that looks like this:

I tried to do some tests, but it didn’t work the way I wanted. Can someone help me, please?

There’s a few ways to approach this, this might get you pretty close is to that result

  1. extract camera space normals from the render (shader > advanced > color buffer 1 RGB > camera space normals )
  2. render top > advanced > # color buffers = 2
  3. create render select TOP, connect render top to it, then choose 1 for color buffer index
  4. reorder top to extract the blue channel
  5. reverse the blue channel
  6. color correct
  7. bloom effect over top
