Glsl instancing problem - missing shades

I’m following some Tut about glsl texture instancing, and I found small problem that occur with gradient map. Can someone point me out why not every shades of black and white shades map have applied new instanced colors. Please take a look at file. Some part of radial gradient are missing the instance thing. The amount of instance provided is proper.
