Growing circles based on a beat

Hi everyone I try to make some circles that get generated based on a beat and then grow outwards. Exactly like in this great video I found TouchDesigner Tips _05 Replicator + Trigger - YouTube .
My problem is that I want to give to each circle different color (monochrome, from white to black), that is determined at the moment they are generated and is based on the beat.
I try lot’s of different ways to make it work.
Feedback, either with scale either with an edge transformation, but it lacks the crispy look I want.
I also tried the example of the event CHOP in the snippets, which also I can’t figure out how to add a different color to each circle that is generated (and I am a bit hesitant to use a SOP, since they are heavier computationally).
Any suggestion on which of these ways is the best (btw I will use this visual as a height map to a grid, to make something that resembles waves), and how to add the color reactivity?
Thanks in advance!
