How do I make the left column of this grid go from 0 - 16 instead of 0 - 135?

you can use the Sort SOP and set the Point Sort parameter to “By x”.
If you are using POPs, you can make use of the Dimension POP and select the “Reorder Dimension” entry from the Mode parameter, specifying in the Dimension Order parameter “1 0” essentially flipping them.
