Trying to get the kinect to work but it keeps showing me this message
do you get the same kind of error when you switch it to rgb camera?

What I did was whenever i use the TOP Kinect - it says that error and if i put on the CHOP kinect on no errors but there’s nothing even if i move in front of the kinect.
Did you set the TOPs parameters accordingly? I.e the Sensor, depth, resolution?
If that doesn’t work, I’d try unplugging any USB devices you use and try the Kinect again. They can use up quite a bit of USB bandwidth.
