High quality resize for transform / comp TOPs?

Hi,

When scaling something, the quality is a lot better using a resolution TOP with High quality On compared to a transform TOP.
For animated scale, resolution TOP is not an option since I guess the texture gets destroyed and recreated at the new resolution, wondering if this high quality could be made available for the transform and comp TOPs or if it’s too heavy?

Putting the image quality option that is in the Resolution TOP into other TOPs like Transform is on our todo list. Thanks for the input.
