I want to export a video (10s) in 1080x1080, but it’s extremely noisy. I also need it to be able to be uploaded to Instagram (although I think it’ll apply even more heavy compression). So far my best results have been to use Photo/Motion JPEG and H.264 (both lossless, which isn’t really viable; and cranked up bitrate ~500,000). How could I export it so it’s not that heavy, has okay quality and can be uploaded to Instagram?
You can transcode a heavy file with handbrake. or bring it back in TD and rerecord it real time mode off with nvidia denoise top and export again before transcoding for web. Working with Hap files inside TD might make playback smoother when you bring it back in
