Hello friends,sorry for having silly questions. Im trying to attach a picture to a grid network just like this pic（its made by PS），how can I have this grid effect on picture while able to move every single columns and rows on the grid

from what it looks like, all you have to do is render a Grid SOP with the Wireframe parameter on the used Material (for example a Constant MAT) set to Topology or GPU Tessellated to get a result like this:
Can you describe in more detail what you mean with moving the rows and columns?
