How to Audio to SOP Lines?

Hey wonderful human beings

I try to convert a wave-file to SOP-lines to get a 3D array of lines. Like in the Picture but in 3D.
I think about:

1. Converting a Wavefile to DAT and instance this ? Or
2. Write every Line of Audio Spectral Analysis to a SOP…but how to store the lines ?
