How to control fog machine

Goodmorning, I’ve got a noob question, I have to control a fog machine with touchdesigner, i know that i have to use DMX but i have no idea on how to connect or which fog machine/dmx controller to buy. Can you help me?

would i be able to control it with touchdesigner? Or do i need something else?
